Reliable, honest and quickRadiator started leaking Monday rang them up brought it in the same day checked it over told me within 5 minutes what was wrong… gone back the following day everything was done by the afternoon even after me needing another part. Great customer service, reliable and honest

So happy I chose to have my car serviced here, my dealership qas going to charge me more than I thought reasonable but the team able radiators team really saved me a good sum of money and also did a better job than my dealership, highly recomended, I cant stress enough!

Went for a custom alloy radiator. No problem. 2 weeks later job hadn't started. No problem we'll get onto it.Next week. ..my radiator put by way side. Needed by the end of the week. Promised wednesday. Not done. Promised by Friday before close of buisness. Went down 1/2 hour before close of buisness. All closed up with no phone call to explain or apologize.Left with no option but to ship my car interstate with no radiator.Not happy.Looking after bigger jobs seemed to be more impotant than everyday customers. When i complained about the lack of service i was told rudely to take my radiator and leave. Poor man couldn't even explain or apologize for his incompetence.

Quick and reasonably priced service. Dropped my car off at 10 to change the radiator and it was ready for pick up before 1. Cheapest quote I got in Perth.

They are very helpful people even if they can't source what you need they are quick to offer alternatives to help you. Small and very busy business is always a good business. Would choose Penrose over a big chain company anytime.
