Reliable, honest and quickRadiator started leaking Monday rang them up brought it in the same day checked it over told me within 5 minutes what was wrong… gone back the following day everything was done by the afternoon even after me needing another part. Great customer service, reliable and honest

I had a difficult radiator that needed custom making from 3 core to 4 core ( International Scout 4x4 ). They handled it with ease even though other radiator shops had choked on it. It was ready on time at the price quoted and they are just a pleasant family run business to deal with. Recommended !

Seriously people do not go anywhere else!!!What they quote is what they charge. And their quote was a few hundred dollars cheaper then 3other quotes. If further work is needed they will call and ask if you would like them to do it without feeling pressured. Dropped my car off in the morning and collected early that afternoon. Also got a brief education on maintaining my new radiator.Absolutely lovely genuine people.

Best radiator service in Western Australia. Honest service, honest people and very thorough repairs. These guys don't second guess, try this, try that - they know exactly what they are doing and they will do it very well. Their pricing is reasonable and they will never deliberately point you to an expensive option. I was given an honest explanation and the best way to fix the problem. If you have any problem with your radiator/ any over heating problems just call these lovely people and you will thank me later.

We highly recommend the Radiator Factory. Our car started over heating as we drove from Albany to Exmouth. These guys dropped everything on a Friday afternoon to replace our broken radiator and thermostat. Very impressed with the quality of service and price. You guys are legends! Thank you

Absolute legends sent my old gq radiator in for a service and they did a great job they even gave it a fresh coat of paint for me. Far better prices then anyone else.
